Orders & Payments

  • Just double-check your details for us real quick – like your account info, where you get your bills, and that super-secret password (if you're net banking). Oh, and make sure your internet didn't decide to take a party break right in the middle of everything.

    If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, don't stress! Usually, it is rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days.. Need more deets or wanna chat? Hit us up at dreams@funikadreams.com.

  • Head over to the "My Orders" section on our PartyOn website, then pick the order you're looking to cancel. Remember, you can only hit 'Cancel' before your order hits the road. Got a glitch? No worries! Shoot us an email at dreams@funikadreams.com, and we'll get it all sorted out for you.

  • Unfortunately we won't be able to hide the price on the invoice and pack. Just give us a message right after placing your order. Wanna include a personal note with your gift? Email it to us at dreams@funikadreams.com with your Order ID and we'll tuck it in your order!

  • After your order is confirmed and we've got it all set, you can't add more to it.

    Need more PartyOn? Just place another order.

  • The Cash On Delivery (COD) option is not showing because this facility is unavailable at the moment. No worries, though! You can still join the PartyOn Club by paying with a Debit Card, Credit Card, or through Net Banking or UPI.

  • As soon as your order is placed, you'll get a confirmation email with all the details and your order ID. When we ship it out, you'll hear from us again. All that's left for you to do is chill and wait for your party to begin!

  • Check "My Orders" to see what's up with your current order and look back at past ones. Click on the product in your Order ID if you want more details.

    Once your order's all set, we'll send you a confirmation through email. And when your order's on its way, expect another update from us via email.

    If there's a delay or something unexpected pops up, we'll let you know ASAP with the reasons and new delivery times.

Shipping

  • Once your PartyOn order is placed, for major metros, expect your delivery in 2-3 days. For all other places in India delivery will take 4-5 days.

  • If you have received a damaged item, please drop a mail at dreams@funikadreams.com within 48 hours of delivery with detailed information and photographic evidence of the issue and we'll help you sort it out!

  • Don't worry about shipping charges. Its on the house! Don't Stop, Just Party On!

Returns & Refunds

  • For the health and safety of our customers, all sales of PartyOn Anti-Hangover Chocolate are considered final upon shipment. Due to the consumable nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. This policy is in place to ensure the utmost quality and safety of our products for all customers.

    However, If you have received a damaged item, please drop a mail at dreams@funikadreams.com within 48 hours of delivery with detailed information and photographic evidence of the issue and we'll help you sort it out!
